Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultant will assist the Community College System of NH in providing or coordinating professional design services for: Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, possible Commissioning, Geotechnical, testing, planning, working with energy consultant evaluations and CCSNH for energy monies to be included, preparation of construction documents, coordination of building systems, construction administration, and on‐site observation for various projects. Types of services required may include a complete design or any combination of the above for both new and existing facilities. Applicants for the design contract must be registered Architects and/or Engineers in New Hampshire.
