Specifications include, but are not limited to: Colonial School District is soliciting interested professional architectural and engineering teams to submit a proposal to provide design services for the following projects: Improvements, renovations, repairs and replacements for all buildings administered by Colonial School District included, but not limited to the district’s Facility Assessment. As a condition of the contract, the selected architectural /engineering firm must have the ability to provide multiple services accurately and within an accelerated time scheduled, as well as have the ability to work cooperatively with additional consultants providing services to the owner in projects. The school district reserves the right to phase projects over a 3-year timeframe and to renew professional services on a project-by-project basis upon mutual agreement.
