Provide a narrative as to your experience within the Summit League and Missouri Valley Football Conference and detail out any medical provider discounts that you have in any of the follow cities: Denver, CO, Fargo, ND, Grand Forks, ND, Omaha, NE, Tulsa, OK, Vermillion, SD, Brookings, SD, Macomb, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Springfield, MO, Youngstown, OH, Bloomington, IL, Normal, IL, Terre Haute, IN, Carbondale, IL Specifically state the average turnaround time for a payment back to a provider if given a “clean claim submittal” Provide a brief resume for each of the proposed key personnel that USD will work with on a day-to-day basis on claims processing. Focusing on relevant experience and list the assigned function of each key person as it relates to this RFP. Provide a brief description of contracts entered into within the past five years. The projects should be similar to the scope of work proposed for this RFP, including project description and location, description of services provided, budget performance and schedule performance, key personnel involved, and client name and contact name and phone number. Particular weight will be given to similar projects in higher education. Proposer must demonstrate its experience in achieving discounts from medical providers.
