Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Violence Risk Assessment (for inmates incarcerated in Vermont state correctional facilities, and inmates incarcerated in correctional facilities out of state) as requested by Program Services Director. Out of State assessments could incur travel and other related expenses with prior approval of the Program Services Director.2. Sexual Violence Risk Assessment and/or Psychosexual Assessments (for inmates incarcerated in Vermont state correctional facilities, and/or inmates incarcerated in correctional facilities out of state) as requested by Program Services Director. Out of State assessments could incur travel and other expenses with prior approval of the Program Services Director.3. Psychological Evaluations of inmates to assist in determination of risk reduction or other treatment needs and planning for services. These evaluations are comprehensive and include psycho social history, standardized measurement, summary of psychological strengths and challenges, summary of treatment needs and recommendations for treatment or other risk reduction activities.4. Consultation with Program Services Director and/or designee, in the development of risk reduction services and implementation of treatment services, including provision of direct services deemed appropriate by the Program Services Director, Contractor may assist in the development of a continuum of treatment services, both within correctional facilities and at community correctional sites, to reduce offender recidivism and advance rehabilitative goals. Quality assurance measures and quality improvement objectives may also be developed as requested.”. 5. Participation in treatment teams and/or central case staffing when relevant to case or organizational consultation, when relevant to specific case or organizational concern at the request of Program Services Director.6. Training for correctional and/or program staff in forensic behavioral health related topics. This may include assisting, mentoring, and/or coaching treatment providers and DOC staff in evidence-based techniques for working with offenders and assessing (a) their ongoing motivation for change and (b) their progress achieving objective treatment goals.” 7. Contractor will use evidenced based assessment tools, as agreed upon with the State, for all assessments provided.8. Contractor will submit written evaluation reports within 90 days of State referral, unless otherwise agreed upon by the State. Contractor will be subject to a penalty of up to $100 for each written evaluation report later than 100 days’ post referral unless an extension is agreed upon by the State.9. The State will provide Contractor will access to necessary records and reports in States possession to conduct requested evaluation.
