Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall sign-in and sign-out, prior to and after each service, with the On-Site Contact or designee. B. All maintenance performed shall follow the manufacturer’s operating specification for all vehicle hoist equipment (make and model) for each location and meet all local and State Building Code requirements. C. Remove all debris and dispose of off-site. D. Schedule the first service within thirty (30) days of the agreement being executed and second maintenance should be scheduled six (6) months later. E. Contractor shall contact the On-Site Contact or designee to schedule an appointment for semiannual maintenance at least one (1) week in advance. F. Contractor shall report all issues with the vehicle hoists immediately prior to leaving the facility.
