Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Outreach and information to refugees on citizenship requirements and process;•Civics instruction / English classes to applicants for citizenship; •Application for naturalization support, including requests for fee and disability waivers, if applicable and legal counseling; must be accredited by the federal government to provide immigration legal assistance;•Naturalization interview preparation;•Maintain properly documented case files and financial reports. Assure maintenance and recording of documentation of the refugee status. The provider must have in place a system for identifying and removing duplicate entries and document eligibility of refugee clients for services, including name, DOB, nationality, alien number, social security number, date of arrival in the U.S. or in Vermont, entry and exit dates into the program.•Provide program and financial reports on program outcomes, as required.
