Specifications include, but are not limited to: TWC VR customers participating in this program will be proficient in self-care and independent living skills. The successful respondent will be required to provide for the following: Ten (10) furnished apartment style lodging units (double occupancy) Onsite security to include security gates and security camera Controlled-Access to the Building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Access to the building will be controlled by staff at facility 24/7 during program as well as key/card access for those participating in the program. On-site maintenance available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Inside apartment, light housekeeping, to include weekly floors and bathroom cleaning at minimum. Kitchenette to include the following: refrigerator, oven and stovetop, microwave, kitchen table and chairs, basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.) Two (2) desks, two (2) nightstands, two (2) chest of drawers per apartment Couch and TV Swimming pool for recreational and leisure activities. Lifeguard is provided by Region 13 Education Service Center. The facility is only required to provide a pool. Region 13 Education Service Center (ESC) will provide a lifeguard that is scheduled for certain times during the program and our customers will only access the pool during those times with the lifeguard and TWC Staff present. Parking provided at no additional cost for parent drop-off and pick-up, staff and mentors Two beds per apartment, (un-made for independent living training purposes) Full bathroom in each room Onsite laundry facilities at no cost to TWC staff or participants Access to fax machine, copy machine, ATM and 24/7 front desk staff Including all utilities, electricity, water, high-speed internet & basic cable
