Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Houston is seeking a qualified contractor capable of providing software solutions that offer digital signatures and document workflow approved by the Texas Division of Information Resources wherein UHS to manage set up, access control, and maintenance. The software solutions must have flexible workflow, document protection, audit trail, access controls for documents and document use, use of active directory authentication and security groups/permissions for internal personnel, and the ability to accommodate external signers as needed. The University will award a contract to that firm (or firms) whose proposal, in the opinion of the evaluation committee, represents the best value to the University.
