Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 This proposal is intended to be used to provide Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative and participating cooperative entity Members with their requirements for Job Order Contracting in accordance with the RFP Documents. It is the expectation that these contracts will be multiple awards. 1.2Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative seeks sealed proposals from highly qualified firms to market, sell and perform Job Order Contracting services to Members in the Proposer’s selected Bid Area(s) throughout the state of Texas through a collaborative purchasing agreement with Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative. The Proposer is required to identify the Bid Area on each Proposal Form. The selected Proposers will enter into a partnership and fee payment agreement with Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative to provide Job Order Contracting services. The selected Contractors may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects for Members at different locations within the Proposal Area for the trade specified below. 1.3A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor mayperform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different Sites throughout the Region. A JobOrder Contract includes a Construction Task Catalog® containing construction tasks with preset Unit Prices. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material and equipment prices and are for the direct cost of construction.
