Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design, implement, write, and present to Judiciary the process evaluation report of the SERDTD. The process evaluation report addresses how Vermont’s SERDTD follow the policies and procedures and whether the program is achieving its goals and objectives of the treatment court model. Vermont aligns its policies and procedures with the National Association of Drug Court Professionals’ Standards and National Center for DUI Courts. 2. Design, implement, write, and present to the Judiciary the outcome evaluation report of the SERDTD that include but are not limited to: a. Retention b. Treatment length/duration c. Graduation rates and d. Recidivism in-program and post-program out to 3-years. 3. Design, implement, write, and present to the Judiciary the final report on a cost benefit analysis of the SERDTD.
