Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Division of Social Services (DSS) is seeking bidders that possess the knowledge and expertise to provide outreach activities that support the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Outreach activities are defined as discretionary educational and informational efforts promoting the nutrition and other benefits of participating in the program which is directed to nonparticipating but potentially eligible persons. The primary goal of the SNAP Outreach program is to conduct activities such as eligibility pre-screening, application assistance, assistance obtaining an application, information dissemination in locations where low-income people gather.
