Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor’s planning work is to begin immediately and will include a thorough review of current operations. This work shall include business process mapping with reengineering suggestions and technical analysis of current infrastructure and code as outlined in the following requirements. • Evaluate existing MMIS system code as part of the overall assessment of existing MMIS systems, subsystems, architecture, interfaces and support services. • Assess business operations along with business needs and Program goals to guide the Program’s procurement direction. • Propose outcomes-based assessments and goals for MES operations and systems. • Develop a tactical plan outlining projects by priority that include costs, both initial and ongoing, staffing requirements, internal or external, for implementation and sustainable management.
