Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove one of the two bulk existing milk tanks and the pasteurizer. Reposition/Rotate the remaining bulk milk tank 90 Degrees to increase usable space in milk processing area. Build wall to deck with door separating milk processing equipment from Milk Holding Room. The new wall must be washable on both sides. Install Hose Port in new wall. Install new FRP door/frame with vision tempered glass. Terminate Electrical to pasteurizer and one bulk milk tank. Run new service lines for remaining bulk milk tank. Install Air Curtains on two doors in the Processing Room and three doors in the Milk Holding Room. Demo existing ceiling grid and lights and install new ceiling grid/tiles with new 2x4 LED flat panel fixtures. Install and connect separate HVAC duct in new Milk Holding Room. Demo shower fixtures and cap inside CMU wall, demo ADA shower bar and convert to closet with new sheetrock wall and hollow metal door. Install light switch for Storage Room. Follow all building codes and regulations ensuring the creation of Grade A dairy and milk processing facility is certified and product can be sold and suitable for human consumption.
