Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will include the detailed design, bidding and construction management of: a new Booster pump building, a new pump, motor, variable frequency drive (VFD), related electrical equipment, components and controls, an appropriately sized generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) and discharge/transmission piping. The existing 110’ by 110’ lot will be improved with an approved driveway approach from S Fairmont Loop Road, new 6’ perimeter chain link fencing with gate(s), and low water use landscape improvements. And will meet DEQ requirements. The system will need to be designed with a future tank site in mind. This project will include the surveying and site selection for a 500,000gal tank & transmission line with the possibility of easement descriptions and acquisition.
