Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Dimension 1: Acute Intoxication and/or Withdrawal Potential: Past and current experiences of substance use and withdrawal • Dimension 2: Biomedical Conditions and Complications: Physical health history and current condition • Dimension 3: Emotional, Behavioral, or Cognitive Conditions and Complications: Thoughts, emotions, mental health needs, and behavioral health history • Dimension 4: Readiness to Change: Readiness for and interest in changing • Dimension 5: Relapse, Continued Use, or Continued Problem Potential: Likelihood of relapse or continued use or continued behavioral health problems • Dimension 6: Recovery and Living Environment: Relationship between recovery and living environment (people, places, and things) Proposed solutions should provide comprehensive services and supports as outlined in Appendix B with additional integrated services. Bidders may seek to provide services for one or more of the following defined levels of care: • Early Intervention - ASAM Level .5 • Outpatient Treatment Services- ASAM Level 1 • Intensive Outpatient Services - ASAM Level 2.1 • Partial Hospitalization Program - ASAM Level 2.5 • Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential - ASAM Level 3.1 • Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Treatment - ASAM Level 3.5 • Medically Monitored Inpatient Withdrawal Management - ASAM Level 3.7-WM • Medically Managed Intensive Inpatient - ASAM Level 4.0
