Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NDOC intends to award one (1) contract for both the north and south or if necessary, one (1) contract for the northern region and one (1) contract for the southern region for PPO Networks which would include the following: Credentialing; Maintenance; Provider Profiling; and Medical Director Services (refer to Section 2.3.5 ) Network providers will be required to submit protocols for review and acceptance by the NDOC. The awarded vendor(s) will coordinate with NDOC’s Utilization Review Coordinator and with its Third Party Administrator (TPA). The awarded vendor(s) may be required, as necessary, to appear before legislative governmental meetings, such as the Interim Finance Committee (IFC) at no additional to the NDOC.
