Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (Contractor) that can support the Agency by conducting one refresher workshop on administering the BEST Plus 2.0 assessment of speaking and listening for English language; 1. Hold a virtual 4 hour refresher training for up to 20 adult education and literacy staff in May (preferred) or June of 2021 2. Collaborate with assigned Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics, agenda for the training, and develop participant evaluation forms; 3. Provide electronic training materials for up to 20 participants; learners. 4. Administer electronic participant evaluation forms at the end of the training; and 5. Materials developed shall follow regulations of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (508) and be formatted according to the State of Vermont branding standards. Deliverables 1. Collaborate with Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics prior to the training date; 2. Make all virtual training arrangements; 3. Electronically deliver training materials to participants and to the Vermont Agency of Education prior to training date; 4. Deliver one virtual refresher for up to 20 participants; 5. Provide copies of completed participant evaluation forms to Vermont Agency of Education staff
