Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance of the HVAC system of buildings 1 & 2 located at the BC. The contractor shall provide separate proposals of any required repairs found through the inspections with The Health System prior to the service commencing. Repairs shall be charged at the labor rate provided in the pricing page plus parts. o All supplies and equipment shall include manufacturer’s minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The contractor will be responsible at provided all tools and equipment necessary to complete the services requested. Following each quarterly inspection and pm, the contractor shall provide a report to applicable Health System representatives that includes the following: o RTU Number, Make/Model and Serial Number. o Date of Inspection o Before and After Pictures. o Include any significant notes Provide applicable proposal number if repairs are suggested.
