Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will provide the following: • Mobile, free-standing ATM machine. Machine cannot be bolted to floor. • Set-up, service, repair, and/or maintenance required for ATM equipment operation during operational hours. • Pay for monthly telecommunication fees. • Quantity of five (5) machines for the dates of the Fair, and quantities of one (1) to five (5) machines by request for other events. • Cash for machine(s). • Insurance covering the ATM machine and its contents in the case of theft or robbery. • General liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence with two million ($2,000,000) in aggregate. • Automobile coverage with combined single limits for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) per occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate per year to cover such claims as may be caused by any act, omission, or negligence of contractor and its employees, agents, representatives, assigns or subcontractors. • Workers’ compensation insurance for its employees.
