Specifications include, but are not limited to: SMS SERVICE AND ABILITIES EXPECTATIONS A. Shall be hosted by selected Contractor. B. Shall be accessible via computer and mobile app for students, committees, and administration. C. Automated matching engine. SMS shall select what scholarships are available to students based on information electronically shared from People Soft and if needed then student entered financial information. D. Shall support institutional, state and private scholarship funds (NPC shall have the ability to enter NPC, foundation, and similar internal scholarships into the system). E. Shall have the ability of single sign-on. F. Shall have the ability to be branded with NPC logos and information. G. Must be able to be integrated (via link) into NPC website. H. SMS information must be able to be integrated with PeopleSoft and vice versa (e.g. information from admissions applications with auto fill into SMS). I. Shall alert students of any new awards they qualify for (current and future). J. Shall manage what scholarships students are able to receive based on their financial need in People Soft. K. Shall track criteria (gpa, hrs completed, etc.) to determine continuing eligibility. L. Shall be able to communicate with students via mobile app, email, and/or text. Communications will let students know of scholarship awards, tasks yet to be completed, etc. M. Shall be able to communicate with committees of new and pending tasks.
