Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to produce approximately 5,000 tons of 3/8” Commercial Plant Mix material and approximately 2,000 tons of 1/2” Commercial Plant Mix material on an “as-needed-basis” throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor/Vendor must be capable of supplying all Commercial Plant Mixes (including valid mix designs) found on the Items Tab. Vendor must provide unit prices for all Bid Items found on the Items Tab. Provide Commercial Plant Mix material Monday through Friday, with the exception of state observed holidays. The Commercial Plant Mix will be picked up between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022. The Department will provide the haul trucks and pick up the Commercial Plant Mix at the Contractor’s/Vendor’s plant
