Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide project planning and management services; requirements elicitation, drafting, verification, validation and approval; design, configuration and development services; testing services; training services; support and maintenance; hosting, backup and recovery services; assistance with certification; technology updates and upgrade services; and other professional services as described herein (individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Services”), as necessary for the State’s productive use of the Solution as further set forth in this Contract. This Contract specifies the obligations of each party with additional provisions detailed in the attached Attachments and Exhibits.
