Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary purpose of this RFI is to obtain planning information. This RFI includes information that communicates RCCD’s general expectations. Vendors are asked to provide budgeting and approach information based on the functionality described below. Where appropriate, vendors are encouraged to include additional functionality or solution components that may be of value or interest to RCCD. Such information should be accompanied with related cost and product or services description information. In October 2020, RCCD was informed by the State of Nevada Enterprise IT Services (EITS) representatives, which manage the existing licenses, that the license would be up for renewal in 2023. Per the conversation with the EITS staff responsible for the licensing of these tools and the development team and staff that utilize them for specific applications and environments within RCCD infrastructure, it was recommended that an RFI be created to explore alternative solutions.
