Specifications include, but are not limited to: Master Mentor and Fidelity Coach for the Infant Toddler Program in North Idaho; III. Contract Services and Activities A. Idaho Mentor Training and Orientation 1. The Contractor must provide training, mentoring and consultation as requested for the Idaho Infant Toddler Program Master Mentor and Fidelity Mentor system. 2. The Contractor must: a. Coordinate in-state activities to implement a system of Idaho Infant Toddler Program Early Intervention Master Mentors and Fidelity Mentors. b. Assist in developing Master Mentor and Fidelity Mentor training specifically as identified by the Department including, but not limited to: developing training curriculum and materials, identifying modes of training, delivering trainings, and providing technical assistance/follow-up for implementation activities. c. Assist in developing and or providing Master Mentor and Fidelity Mentor training to individuals and or team training as an evidence-based practice in early intervention. IV. Consultation/Technical Support A. The Contractor must provide consultation and or technical support to the Master Mentors, Fidelity Mentors, mentor trainees, and coaches including the following: 1. Establishing a system to track documentation including, but not limited to, coaching logs and other records of training, technical assistance, mentoring and fidelity measurement activities as designated by the Department. 2. Coordinating logistics, identifying participants, scheduling and arranging Idaho Fidelity Mentor training with the primary and training and technical assistance contractor. 3. Conducting conference calls, e-mails, ongoing document review and consultation and technical support to Idaho mentors and teams. 4. Providing Master Mentoring and Fidelity Mentoring by reviewing coaching logs, watching and reviewing mentor/coach log sessions, and providing feedback to assigned ITP multidisciplinary teams and or individuals. a. Completing Fidelity Mentor coaching logs and or other tools as determined by the Department
