The Prospective Contractor awarded a contract pursuant to this Solicitation shall clean the approximately 223,603 square feet for the Multi-Agency Complex to the satisfaction of TSS/DBA. To be considered a responsible bidder, Prospective Contractor must be able to demonstrate past experience and present capacity to clean commercial general office space of similar size and scope as the Multi-Agency Complex, approximately 175,000 square feet, or more, for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months to the satisfaction of their customers, as evidence by recommendation. The Prospective Contractor maybe permitted to combine the square feet of multiple commercial buildings it was responsible for cleaning during the same contract period to meet or exceed this Requirement, but may not combine the square feet of multiple commercial buildings that were not under contract at the same time. If the square footage of more than one building is combined to meet the experience standard, TSS/DBA and/or OSP reserve the right and discretion to assess the building type and square footage reported to determine whether the Prospective Contractor’s experience adequately demonstrates capacity to perform
