Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, is seeking to engage the services of a Construction Management (CM) firm for DHSS-21-017-DHSS_LAB, Division of Public Health (DPH)- DPH Laboratory Expansion and DPH Administrative Office Expansion. The selected CM will provide the following services for each Contract for two distinct expansion Projects: Pre-construction services as required and including, but not limited to, advising regarding operational logistics during construction, cost estimating, bid package development, bid solicitations and awards.
