Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Watertown (est. pop. 22,166) owns and operates the Watertown Regional Airport (ATY), a commercial service airport open to the public. ATY is an Essential Air Service airport with current commercial service to Chicago and Denver via SkyWest Airlines. ATY is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested qualified operators to enter into a contract to provide food and beverage services at the new ATY terminal. The City is seeking a partner that shares the vision of providing a quality program focusing on customer service while providing food and beverage offerings that are responsive to customer needs at a fair price. The goals of the program are: 1. Optimize concession revenue for the Airport and Operator 2. Provide enhanced quality and value to the customer 3. Create a pleasing atmosphere that promotes the community.
