Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Missoula County seeks the services of a qualified and certified mental health professional to conduct evaluations of respondents for whom the Missoula County Attorney’s Office has filed a petition for involuntary commitment in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and provide in-court testimony regarding their assessment. •The Offeror shall be available each and every business day for the entire year as needed, often on short noticeand occasionally multiple times per day, to conduct evaluations and provide in-court testimony. An Offeror may consist of an entity comprised of multiple mental health professionals on the condition that all mental health professionals who will provide the service have the requisite certifications, experience and insurance coverage. •Offeror shall investigate and communicate with collateral contacts as necessary to conduct meaningful evaluations of respondents. •The Offeror shall evaluate respondents in person in several locations in Missoula County unless otherwiseagreed-upon by all parties or ordered by the Court. •The Offeror shall provide written reports of evaluations of respondents who are the subject of petitions for involuntary commitments to counsel for respondent and the Missoula County Attorney’s Office. •When Respondents stipulate to commitment, the Offeror shall prepare and provide affidavits regarding competence for filing with the Court. •The Offerorshall provide in person testimony in district court proceedings relating to petitions for involuntary commitment in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Court testimony shall be in person at the Missoula County courthouse unless otherwise agreed-upon by all parties or ordered by the Court. •The Offeror shall provide monthly or quarterly reportsand invoicesdetailing the number of evaluations conducted, number of in person testimonies provided, number of written evaluations provided, and total number of hours worked. Whether reports are quarterly or monthly will depend on the Offeror’s preference for compensation on a monthly or quarterly basis. •Offeror shall work in good faith with Missoula County to address issues or concerns regarding the quality of services provided under this Contract.
