Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm must provide Covid standard cleaning and ensure that all housekeeping employees follow UNH COVID policies including contractor testing requirements. ● The selected firm will be required to scale / reduce services and adjust cost pending UNH staffing reductions due to COVID or when COVID enhanced cleaning standards are no longer required. The selected firm shall perform all the routine services and duties as described in Appendix B – Cleaning Frequencies. (Appendix B is available in the Buyer Attachment tab of the Event) UNH is committed to consistent recycling in these facilities for paper, glass, plastic, and aluminum. The selected firm is expected to take an active role and fully participate in and cooperate with the UNH recycling program. Separate bins and dumpsters are provided on site (in the building trash room) for the collection of recyclable and non-recyclable materials. The selected firm will be responsible for replacing light bulbs in common areas, classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, lounges, etc. Additional Cleaning Services (included in monthly fee) Rooms 112, 159, 158, 123 are not part of the regular cleaning schedule.
