Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors will submit proposals for venue fees for the 2022 Delaware Wetlands Conference. This event will likely be held in early February, 2022 from approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm each day and gather 400 participants from the Mid-Atlantic area. The conference will coordinate information and resource sharing between wetland protection programs, professionals, and agencies and will require a ballroom with seating for 400 people for a morning plenary session and lunch. Rooms will also be needed for exhibitor displays, poster sessions, and concurrent session presentation rooms for roughly 125. Each room will need to be equipped with audio visual equipment for presentations and live streaming for virtual attendees. Meals and snacks will also need to be provided. It would also be preferred to have hotel near or attached to the conference center.
