Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Inspection (start of cooling season, dates to be coordinated with NDSU) Clean outdoor condensers, taking all precautions not to bend coil fins. Preferred method is pressurized air with water injection. Others to be approved by NDSU. No chemicals are to be used. Provide lubrication to all the motors and bearings when required. Check and report refrigerant charge on all compressors that have pressure taps installed. If no tap is available, make a note of it on the inspection report. Check and report condition of fan blades and motors. Check and report coil condition. Check and tighten electrical connections, terminals and contactors. A separate PO will be issued for any repairs needed and approved by NDSU. Provide detailed report of each inspection. These can all be on a flash drive, provide two copies.
