Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to wash the exterior and interior windows and entrance glass inside and outside of the State buildings listed in this IFB. (See TSS/DBA Locations.) B. DBA reserves the right to change the services, locations, and shifts currently in place as of the issuance of this IFB or at any time during the life of the contract. C. The Contractor shall provide a day person supervisor and an all on-site supervisor for all personnel providing window and glass washing services as noted in this IFB. D. The Contractor shall complete the window and glass washing tasks as outlined in this IFB during July 1 through September 30 of each contract year.
