Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Construction • Cabinet Installation – (2) Stainless steel wall cabinets. Cabinets need to be affixed and anchored to the wall. • Cement Block Removal and Door Frame Extension/Installation – Existing door frame needs to be extended, framed and painted. To do so, work will need to include removal of existing portion of cement block wall. b. Electrical - Includes wiring and outlet installations in kitchen location to accommodate the oven/range and other devices (i.e., microwave, refrigerator/freezer, etc). • Electric Oven/Range – Wiring and proper outlet installation. • Refrigerator/Freezer – Wiring and proper outlet installation, if needed. Unit specs indicate that this model uses 5-15P and 5-20P outlets. The existing power source (outlets) will not need modifications.
