Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mobilization - Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. Payment is non-proratable and shall be made once all the items specified herein have been completed. Mobilization includes the following: • Providing all required bonds, insurance certificates and permits • Submittal of an acceptable Construction Schedule. • Submittal and approval of Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Material Certifications • Submittal of material supplier and SUB-CONTRACTOR lists • Mobilizing construction equipment and materials to the site • Providing portable sanitary sewer facilities for the duration of construction B. Clearing and Grubbing – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item also includes all demolition for this project not otherwise included in another bid item. This item includes all clearing, grubbing, demolition and proper offsite disposal of clearing/demolition debris. C. Grading – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item also includes all grading for this project, including fine grading. Compaction testing shall be provided by the OWNER and is not included in this pay item. D. Demo Existing 84” CMP – Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item includes demolition of the three existing 84” corrugated metal pipes and any associated pavement/stone base. This item also includes proper offsite disposal of demolition material. E. Cut & Replace Concrete Flume - Payment shall be made based on the set lump sum price indicated on the Bid Form. This item shall include the cutting and replacement of the existing concrete flume and removal/disposal of old concrete.
