Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Contractor will provide the following services to University: 5.4.1 Develop evaluation strategies for the TXOC District Fellowship Program: Contractor will develop a plan to assess the implementation and efficacy of the TXOC District Fellowship Program. TXOC has developed a draft logic model that describes the intended and hypothesized inputs, outputs, and outcomes of the TXOC District Fellowship Program (ref. APPENDIX FIVE of this RFP). Contractor will propose an evaluation plan and associated data collection strategy to test, refine, expand, and validate this logic model. Contractor will propose both an implementation evaluation and an impact evaluation. For the implementation evaluation, Contractor will develop novel and/or utilize pre-existing instruments to measure the activities undertaken by stakeholders in Fellowship Districts related to college and career advising and how the type, level, and quality of these activities changes as a result of implementation of the TXOC Fellowship program. Contractor will also develop novel and/or utilize pre-existing instruments to measure educators’ perceptions of the implementation of the TXOC Fellowship program. Contractor will work with TXOC team to ensure access to the necessary contacts within the Fellow districts.
