Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is contractor that will be remediating asbestos. This contract will be responsible for all other demolition as indicated on the project drawings. 2. Provide new exterior doors on modular building 3. Repair damaged walls in modular building, replace FRP panels in rest room 4. Verify operation of plumbing fixtures in modular building. Repair as needed. 5. Verify electrical outlets and lights are functional, secure conduits in modular building. 6. Furnish and install new subflooring in modular building as needed. 7. Furnish and install new gym flooring in modular building. 8. Replaced damaged boards on exterior steps and ramps at exterior building. 9. Furnish and install LVT flooring and cove base in modular building at restroom and kitchen area. 10. Replace damaged ceiling tiles 11. Furnish and install new through the wall HVAC units with heat in modular building 12. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
