Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Brookings, SD, and Brookings County, SD, are soliciting RFPs from qualified firms for an audio, video, and supporting equipment review and condition assessment, full inventory with estimated lifespans, and 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan that includes a maintenance and replacement schedule with estimated costs for the audio, video, and supporting equipment contained in five (5) rooms at the City & County Government Center. The overall objective is to provide all participants in County and City government with the most cost effective audio and video technology available at this time.
