Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide a complete secure scanning solution which includes all necessary hardware and software components. DFA shall have ownership of all hardware and software components of the solution, including any data stored on the solution. Bid Solicitation Document Bid No. SP-21-0033 Page 4 of 13 B. The solution must include a host PC and controllers, minimum 22-inch color flat touch screen monitor, keyboard and mouse. C. The solution must have Windows 10 operating system and the latest scanner software installed. D. All required software must be installed on the provided hardware and not based in the cloud. E. The solution must be easily upgradable to the most current version of Windows as new versions, patches, etc. are released as part of the service and maintenance costs. F. In the event that solution hardware needs to be upgraded or replaced during the term of the contract, DFA shall retain all hard drives. G. The solution must be able to utilize DFA’s Active Directory for account access. H. The solution must be compatible with DFA’s current Captiva and RemiTrac software.
