Specifications include, but are not limited to: Butte-Silver Bow and Port of Montana are requesting sealed bids for the ButteSilver Bow PORT OF MONTANA RAIL EXPANSION Project located near Butte, Montana. Work shall generally consist of but is not necessarily limited to track construction for the Port of Montana track spurs and the Montana Connections Rail Park interchange yard, lead track to Montana Craft Malt (all three part of the EDA portion of this project), and the Montana Craft Malt spur (not part of the EDA portion of this project). This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Contract time will be 180 calendar days from the signing of the Notice to Proceed.
