Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal, (“RFP”) is to solicit negotiable proposals from qualified licensed firms to provide employee benefits consulting services and to assist the Kearsarge Regional School Board with its employee health and welfare benefit plans. The consultant will be expected to perform all tasks in accordance with professional standards and will be required to enter into an agreement with the School District that includes the specifications in this RFP. The School Board is seeking a consulting firm to ensure it has competitive and cost effective benefit plans to offer its employees. The School Board currently offers benefits to approximately 381 full and part-time employees and has approximately 341 employees enrolled in one or more of its benefit plans. Some of the benefits provided are required by the collective bargaining agreements between the Kearsarge Regional School District and the Kearsarge Education Association and the Para Educators Association of Kearsarge (PEAK).
