Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A. Heating System Alternative A: Forced hot air propane system with applicable duct work throughout the building. This alternative includes a YORK furnace, Model YORYP9C100C20MP13C (98% efficiency 2,000 cfm), with propane conversion kit, plenums and all intake duck work, duck work through maintenance garage and rooms, and controls connected to the 200-amp electrical panel. • B. Heating System Alternative B: Radiant heat and Outdoor Heat Pump for office/ break/bath rooms. This alternative includes a radiant heat system for the garage area and one 1.5-Ton Outdoor High Efficiency Heat Pump and air handler for each room of the office/break/bath rooms or coach/bath rooms, 2 Port Model 2MXL18QMVJU, (18,900 BTU/Hr heating performance) as manufactured by DAIKIN, or approved equal (Available through FW Webb). Systems shall include all appurtenances including connections to the 200-amp electrical panel. The radiant heat system will require close coordination with the concrete slab building contractor.
