Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide the Town with the following products and/or services to be purchased and installed for an Emergency Generator at the Stiles Road Sewer Lift Station located at 98 Stiles Rd, Salem NH 03079; • Town of Salem Electrical Permit and Required inspections • Remove failed generator • Dispose of failed generator • Remove existing propane tank dispose of existing propane • Miscellaneous Site work to prepare for the new generator pad and to clean-up the area where the old propane tank was. • One (1) 6’x12’x 8” reinforced concrete pad • One (1) 60kW, diesel generator with sound housing, battery charger, block heater, 48-hour dual wall subbase fuel tank, all NFPA-110, UL 142 & 2200 features. Generator SHALL be by one of the three manufacturer’s below: o Kohler o Caterpillar o Cummins • Electrical work consisting of: o Replacement of the existing 34-year-old 200 amp over current device on the wooden post o Installation of a new 200 amp, NEMA 3R automatic transfer switch o Installation of new feeders from the meter socket to the over current device, from the new over current device to the new ATS from the generator to the ATS and from the ATS to the existing station controller
