Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair existing EPDM layer at three playground sites (Damonte Ranch Park, Liston Park, and Somersett East Park) to fill voids and level surface area, provide and install high grade synthetic turf over existing poured-in-place surface; glue down using synthetic turf glue, glue all seams, and anchor perimeter to pressure treated nailer board or approved equal. Provide and install high traffic wear mats under swings and slide exits as depicted on site layout. Include other miscellaneous work as required to meet ASTM standards for playground safety surfaces. Remove existing splash pad surfacing at Summit Ridge Park, clean surface per manufacturer's specifications, and install new non-slip, non-porous aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane surface
