Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform the ongoing role of Chair of the Developmental Disabilities Serves Division Ethics Committee, and the Contractor will provide or arrange for seven (7) training/workshops each year of the contract. The trainings/workshops provided shall include: 1. Clinical Ethics Training for the Office of Public Guardian and Developmental Disabilities Services Division. 2. Advance Care Planning Training for the Office of Public Guardian and Developmental Disabilities Services Division. 3. Assorted Topics Training for the Office of Public Guardian and Developmental Disabilities Services Division, such as medical cannabis, sexual relationships in nursing homes, pregnancy and adoption. 4. Two (2) trainings on End-of-Life Care Planning for Designated Agency (DA) and Specialized Service Agency (SSA) staff. 5. Training for the Vermont Judiciary or other entities on Supported Decision Making or other topics, as agreed to with the Office of Public Guardian Director. 6. Medical Decision Making or Advance Care Planning training for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and/or their caregivers or families.
