Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a multidiscipline project that will involve site investigative, design development, bidding services, and construction administration for the renovation of two (2) buildings. These buildings have a combined total of 9,578 square feet. The project will include new utility services, demolition down to structural framing, foundation and building envelope repair, new interior featuring twelve billeting rooms within each building (1 room in each building will be ADA accessible), electrical infrastructure, lighting system, communications infrastructure, HVAC systems, Building Automation System, Fire Detection, Notification, and Suppression Systems, renewable energy (solar and geothermal), access road, sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, parking areas, and other site improvements
