Specifications include, but are not limited to: AES (Access and Eligibility Services) is launching a Bold 360 leadership survey review process intended to drive leadership development across the agency. This request is for a third-party review of the Bold 360 project by an expert in the field of industrial/ organizational psychology. The business need for this review is to ensure the project and survey item list meet the quality level and the resulting scores and future benchmarking efforts are valid. Bold 360 allows for staff to give feedback to their managers, who then will receive a compiled report with all the data. Staff will then participate in a follow-up workshop to devise a personalized development plan they will review with their manager. Staff will follow the Leadership Development and Performance Coaching plan throughout the year. The contractor must have the ability to review and develop a coaching plan associated with the existing online Bold 360 review assessment. Senior coaches should have a minimum of a master’s degree or a demonstrable level of experience in excess of 10 years in providing senior and executive level assessments, leadership development and performance coaching.
