Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Weekly laundering service for all garments issued. Service to include pick-up, delivery, cleaning, and repairs/replacements on assigned day. There will be no extra charge for normal tear repairs/replacements and services. A total of (27) employees will be suited in uniforms. Each public works division will have separate billing. Vendor will issue and make available – 2 coats, 11 long sleeve or short sleeve shirts, 11 short sleeve tee shirts, and 11 pairs of jeans per employee. All garments will be issued new - to include replacements Vendor will be responsible for physically sizing each employee to ensure a good fit. Vendor will schedule a date and time to carry out the employee measurements @ DPW. Clothing will be ordered to exact fit, not tailored, such as a – Universal Length. Jeans will be relaxed fit – dark blue - heavy weight All shirts – long sleeve, short sleeve, tees and coats will have city logo embroidered (see example on letter head), on left side of uniforms, the first name & title on the right side of uniform, and the American flag emblem on the left shoulder (for long sleeve and coats only). Shirts will be permanent press or pressed by vendor.
