Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tuesday and Thursday * Check trash receptacles in common areas, empty if required and insert new liners. * Empty recycling receptacles (zero sort) * Sweep and damp mop floors (VCT, Concrete, and Ceramic Tile) steps and wipe railings. * Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. Weekly * Low and mid -level dusting (up to 6 feet) to include furniture. * Remove fingerprints from doors and kick plates. * Clean all glass and glass doors to be clear of blemishes and fingerprints. * Dust and remove insects from light fixtures. *Vacuum Carpets * Clean glass on the outside trophy cases and polish wooden exterior. * Wash baseboards QUARTERLY * Buff VCT tile floors * High level dusting (above 6 feet) * Vacuum air intake and exhaust grills throughout the building SEMI-ANNUALLY * Clean ceramic floors and clean grout * Clean interior and exterior of windows in common areas along the front face of building rooms (1052, 1050, 1002 &1007) YEARLY – * Strip and re-polish Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT)
