Specifications include, but are not limited to: Windrider Committee Members are formally requesting qualifications and proposals from firms interested in serving as a General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) in accordance with Title 18, Chapter 2, Part 5, MCA. The selected GC/CM will participate in a collaborative process to assist, as a partner, with the County, Committee Members, staff and the design team for a new Public Transit Facility with a total area of approximately 5,600 s.f. for Park County in Livingston, Montana.
