Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tear off existing wall covering and cove base where applicable. Repair any defects in walls. Texture walls with a roller. Apply one coat of primer. Apply two coats of interior eggshell latex paint. Prep the floors so that no overspray, drips, or runs from any material will collect on the floor. Clean walls to help paint/primer can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. The paint color will match the existing wall color. All work must be done during normal working hours/ Clean up the job site at the end of each day is required unless otherwise approved. The contractor must be licensed and insured. Bid includes labor, materials, equipment, taxes, and all related cost (permits, license, etc.)
